At MoleMap, we’re on a mission to create a world where skin cancer no longer takes lives. Using advanced imaging and AI-supported analysis, we help detect skin cancer earlier and improve outcomes.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help expand our workplace programs and grow partnerships with organisations across Australia and New Zealand.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident developing and executing an outbound strategy to open new markets and build pipeline, while owning the end-to-end sales journey — from researching and prioritising prospects through to pitching, quoting, negotiating, and closing deals.
You’ll have the autonomy to shape your own outbound approach, identifying high-value opportunities and building a pipeline that drives sustainable growth.
You’ll partner with mid-to-large organisations, positioning MoleMap’s workplace skin check programs as both a valuable employee wellbeing benefit and a proactive solution for organisations with outdoor workforces to manage employee health risks.
What you’ll be doing
Build and execute your outbound strategy to generate new opportunities
Identify and prioritise high-value prospects across target industries
Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to closing
Engage stakeholders across HR, People & Culture, Safety, and Operations
Position MoleMap’s programs as both a wellbeing initiative and workforce risk solution
Help develop outbound playbooks, messaging, and tools that can be adopted across the sales team
Share insights and approaches that help lift capability and win rates across the team
What we’re looking for
3–5 years’ experience in business development or B2B sales
Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound activity
Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Commercial mindset with a proactive, opportunity-led approach
Bonus: Experience selling into HR, Safety, or Operations teams, or within health, wellbeing, or insurance sectors.
