Head of Marketing
Join MoleMap as Head of Marketing, a senior, hands-on leadership role for a commercially minded growth marketer with experience scaling performance in complex, regulated or multi-site environments.
The Head of Marketing, ANZ is accountable for step-changing marketing performance and growth outcomes in the Australian market, while contributing to a unified ANZ brand and growth strategy.
The Head of Marketing will lead full-funnel growth across MoleMap’s core pillars- Surveillance, Treatment, and Corporate Health - ensuring marketing is measurable, accountable, and tightly connected to clinic utilisation and revenue outcomes.
This role exists to lift Australia to best-in-class marketing execution and commercial impact - driving acquisition, conversion, utilisation and retention through a rigorous, performance-led marketing engine. The role will build deep, productive relationships with Australian media owners, agencies, and partners, and will bring strong local market judgement to brand, channel, and investment decisions.
Core Accountability
Own and deliver sustained uplift in ANZ marketing performance, efficiency, and growth across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
1. ANZ Growth Strategy & Performance Leadership
Own the ANZ marketing strategy, aligned to enterprise growth, clinical priorities, and financial targets.
Translate brand and growth strategy into clear, executable market plans for both Australia and New Zealand.
Lead market-level forecasting, performance planning, and scenario modelling across ANZ.
Drive measurable uplift in:
new client acquisition
clinic utilisation
revenue contribution
LTV:CAC efficiency
Establish and manage clear performance targets by channel, geography, and pillar across both markets.
Identify and leverage cross-market efficiencies while recognising local market dynamics and nuances.
2. Performance Marketing & Demand Generation Excellence
Lead a high-performing acquisition and conversion engine across paid media, digital channels, SEO/SEM, partnerships, and referrals throughout ANZ.
Build a disciplined test-and-learn culture focused on ROI, CAC, and conversion improvement.
Ensure strong attribution, analytics, and reporting underpin all investment decisions.
Continuously optimise spend allocation across both markets to maximise growth efficiency and scalability.
Partner closely with CRM and lifecycle marketing to improve retention, recall rates, and repeat surveillance behaviour across ANZ.
3. ANZ Brand, Media & Market Presence
Strengthen MoleMap’s brand differentiation across Australia and New Zealand, positioning it clearly as the leader in early detection and skin cancer care.
Lead brand campaigns, communications, PR, and social storytelling across both markets.
Build and maintain senior relationships with key ANZ media owners, publishers, and platforms.
Actively manage agency and media partner performance to ensure value, transparency, and accountability.
Ensure all marketing reflects MoleMap’s clinical credibility, governance standards, and evidence-based positioning.
4. Pillar Growth Ownership (ANZ)
Drive growth outcomes across Australia and New Zealand for:
Surveillance: demand generation, retention, recall and lifecycle engagement
Treatment: promotion of treatment pathways, clinical leadership, and service access
Corporate Health: B2B acquisition, employer programs, partnerships, and pipeline development
Ensure each pillar has a clear value proposition, target segments, and performance goals across both markets.
Align pillar marketing with clinic capacity, operational readiness, and clinical priorities in each country.
5. Supplier, Agency & Media Management
Own ANZ agency and supplier relationships across creative, media, performance, and production.
Set clear commercial and performance expectations with partners.
Regularly review partner effectiveness; retain, change, or exit suppliers based on measurable outcomes.
Negotiate media and partnership arrangements to maximise reach, efficiency, and impact across both markets.
6. Team Leadership & Capability Uplift (ANZ)
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing ANZ marketing team.
Build capability in performance marketing, analytics, lifecycle, and commercial decision-making.
Embed a culture of accountability, pace, and continuous improvement.
Ensure strong collaboration between Australian and New Zealand teams while leveraging shared systems and best practice.
7. Cross-Functional Execution
Partner closely with Operations, Clinical, Technology, and Finance teams across ANZ to ensure marketing plans translate into real-world outcomes.
Support clinic performance through national and localised campaigns in both markets.
Ensure marketing activity aligns with clinical governance, safety, and regulatory standards in Australia and New Zealand.
8. Financial & Commercial Management
Own the ANZ marketing budget and investment allocation.
Ensure spend is aligned to growth priorities and delivers measurable return.
Track competitor activity, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour across both markets to inform strategy and investment decisions.
Skills & Experience
10+ years’ senior marketing leadership experience with a strong performance and growth orientation.
Proven track record of driving marketing-led revenue growth, ideally in healthcare, consumer services, or multi-site environments.
Experience leading marketing across multiple markets (Australia & New Zealand experience highly regarded).
Deep expertise in performance marketing, acquisition funnels, attribution, CRM, and analytics.
Strong experience managing agencies, media partners, and supplier ecosystems.
Experience operating in regulated or clinically governed environments is highly regarded.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage significant budgets, and influence senior stakeholders.
