 About the Role

 The Accounts Clerk is an important role within the finance team responsible for data entry and processing of both accounts payable and accounts receivable across both Australia and New Zealand, including:

• Daily bank reconciliations in Xero

• Supplier invoice entry and reconciliation

• Processing of employee expense claims

• Following up with outstanding debtors

• Monthly customer invoicing

• Purchasing of clinic and office supplies

 Our Team

You’ll be joining a small but well established and high performing finance team which plays a crucial role in supporting the overall business.

 About You - our ideal candidate will have:

A positive and can-do attitude and willingness to embrace change, as we are always looking for ways to automate or improve our processes

• Strong literacy and communication skills

• Previous experience using Xero is desired, but not essential

• High level of competency with Microsoft Excel

• Previous relevant accounting experience
