The Opportunity
As our Human Resources Manager, you’ll lead HR across AU & NZ, playing a key role in building a high-performing, engaged, and supported workforce.
You will influence culture, uplift leadership capability, and embed best-practice people frameworks that scale with our growth.
You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business, empowering them to lead with confidence while ensuring our people experience is consistent, fair, and aligned to our values.
You’ll also act as a trusted senior advisor, navigating complex employee relations matters and driving initiatives that make a real difference to how our teams work and feel every day.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Leading HR operations across Australia and New Zealand
Partnering with leaders to build capability, confidence, and high-performing teams
Providing expert advice on employee relations, including complex matters and personal grievances
Strengthening HR governance, frameworks, and compliance
Owning and enhancing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to development and offboarding
Ensuring strong data integrity, privacy, and legislative compliance
About You
You’re a confident, commercially minded HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
You enjoy working autonomously, but you’re also highly collaborative, building strong relationships and influencing at all levels of the business.
You bring:
5+ years’ experience across HR operations and employee relations
Strong working knowledge of NZ and Australian employment law
Proven ability to coach and influence leaders
Experience managing complex ER issues and personal grievances
A passion for improving recruitment and designing effective HR processes
Excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and a pragmatic approach
